Federated Security Solutions, Inc was recommended to me by a company that I have done business with for several years. I called Charlie, the owner of Federated Security Solutions, and explained the issues that I was having with 2 of my security system cameras. We scheduled an appointment and upon his arrival he was punctual and immediately identified himself, he was courteous and customer friendly. All of which matters to me. Installation was simple. They were in and out in a day. I had 8 cameras installed. The after sale service is amazing! Charley is all about follow up and customer service. Anytime I have had an issue or problem (usually it is a user error) Charley is there to help. No questions asked. The follow up/after sale service is most important to me.
